Return policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or refused.
If it is approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company , as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only items at regular price are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at bellablueparis@gmail.com and send your item to: France.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and if it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the item being returned. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post or email.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person the originator of the gift had the order sent to you in order to give it to you later, we will send the refund to her and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.


Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 71 Rue Saint-Martin, 75004 Paris, France.

If you are located in France and you have ordered more than 3 items, the return costs are free, otherwise the shipping costs linked to the return of your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75 , we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
